A booking site tells you “free” or “full” at the moment you look at it. It does not tell you how long a seat stays bookable, nor how far ahead it reappears. That is what we measure, continuously, day and night.

Why not mix them: the index below measures the share of time the slots followed are full. Putting eight Disney restaurants and one Narbonne buffet in the same basket would make that number move with the number of targets, not with how the restaurants behave. A reading that means nothing is worse than no reading.

Median: 2h 10 between the moment we see the seat appear and the moment the slot is full again. 28.6 % of the seats observed disappeared in under an hour.

The index measures the share of time during which the slots followed are full. The calculation is simple and verifiable, since it needs only two numbers, but it means something only over a long period: a week of school holidays would give 100, a quiet week far less. Where the collection stands:

Method
How these readings are established
- What we look at
- The public availability published by the restaurant, exactly what any visitor to its site sees. GetTable has no privileged access, no booking data, and is neither a partner of the restaurant nor known to it.
- How often
- From two to three minutes for the nearest slots, up to about an hour for the most distant, between two checks of the same slot. A seat that appears and disappears between two checks cannot be seen: our durations are therefore measured to that precision, never to the second.
- Period covered
- From 20 August 2026 to 18 September 2026, that is 28 summarised days.
- The limit you need to know
- We observe only the slots customers have asked us to watch, not the restaurant’s whole calendar. That sample therefore leans towards the dates people want, often the most contested. It describes what someone looking for a table experiences, not the restaurant’s occupancy rate.
- Privacy
- Only totals are published, never an individual slot: a precise date together with a party size would let a customer recognise themselves. The readings contain no number, no email, no order reference.
- Reuse
- These readings are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may quote, reuse and republish them, including commercially, provided you credit GetTable and state the date of publication.
Limits
What this page does not say
It does not show the slots free right now, and that is deliberate. A seat that reappears can be taken within minutes: publishing a list frozen at the last deployment would send everyone towards tables already gone. The only serious use of an availability is being told about it while it exists.
Nor does it promise anything. We describe what we observed over a given period; neither the restaurant nor we can guarantee a table will free up for your date.
