Terms of use and terms of sale

1. Purpose of the service
GetTable is a watching and alerting service. It automatically watches the availability published by the restaurants offered on the site — Les Grands Buffets (Narbonne); eight Disneyland Paris restaurants (Bistrot Chez Rémy, Auberge de Cendrillon, Plaza Gardens, Walt’s – An American Restaurant, PYM Kitchen, Captain Jack’s, Royal Banquet, Downtown Restaurant); three starred tables (Le Jules Verne, Septime, Mirazur) — and alerts the customer by text message when a table matching their criteria (restaurant, date, sitting, number of guests) frees up. The list of restaurants watched is the one shown on the site at the time of ordering.
GetTable never books a table in the customer’s name and carries out no booking or payment operation with the restaurant. The customer remains solely responsible for making their booking on the restaurant’s official site.
2. Independence
GetTable is a completely independent service, with no link, affiliation or partnership with Les Grands Buffets, Disneyland Paris (Euro Disney Associés S.A.S.) or The Walt Disney Company, nor with the starred restaurants it watches. The restaurants’ trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their owners. Mentioning a restaurant’s name is purely descriptive.
3. No guarantee of outcome
GetTable improves the chances of obtaining a table considerably but does not guarantee it. A released table may be booked by someone else before the customer has completed their booking. The service is an obligation of means, not of result.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is one-off: there is no subscription and nothing renews.
Payment is collected by Polar, acting as the seller (“Merchant of Record”). Accordingly, it is Polar’s name that appears on the customer’s bank statement. Polar issues the corresponding invoice.
5. Refund guarantee if no alert is sent
If no alert was sent to the customer before the last date they were watching, they are refunded in full, automatically, with nothing to do on their part.
Once at least one alert has been sent, the service is deemed delivered and no refund is due, whether or not the customer obtained the table.
6. Table already available at the time of ordering
If, when the watch starts, a table matching the customer’s criteria is already available on the restaurant’s site, an alert is sent to them immediately. That alert counts as performance of the service within the meaning of article 5: the table has been flagged, and no refund is due.
Before ordering, the customer is therefore invited to check on the restaurant’s official site that the table they are after is not already bookable.
7. Length of the watch
The watch runs until the last date targeted by the customer, then stops automatically. The maximum length of a watch is six (6) months from purchase.
8. Right of withdrawal
As the service begins immediately after purchase, at the customer’s express request, the customer acknowledges that performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period. The refund guarantee described in article 5 applies in any event.
9. Customer obligations
- Provide a valid telephone number, which they hold or for which they are authorised to receive alerts.
- Make the booking and payment with the restaurant themselves.
- Not to divert the service from its purpose.
10. Liability
GetTable cannot be held liable for the unavailability of tables, for a change in the restaurant’s rules, for a delay in receiving a text message attributable to a network operator, or for the customer being unable to complete their booking.
11. Stopping alerts, and data
The customer can stop their alerts at any time from the “Cancel a watch” page or via the link included in every text message. The processing of data is described in the privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law.

In case of difficulty, the customer is invited to contact the publisher first: the vast majority of situations are settled directly, and the refund guarantee applies automatically without having to be claimed.
