Booking for Christmas and New Year’s Eve: when do bookings open?
Le Jules Verne opens each date 90 days ahead: 31 December opens on 2 October 2026, 1 January on 3 October 2026. Les Grands Buffets opens its four festive meals during the last quarter of the year. Septime does not open bookings for 24 December until 3 December 2026.

These dates say when the calendar opens, not whether the restaurant serves that day: several of these tables close over the holidays, and their own site is what counts. Hours are Paris time.
Les Grands Buffets: four meals apart
Dinner on the 24th, lunch on the 25th, dinner on the 31st and lunch on 1 January follow their own terms: paid in full when you book, not changeable, and not refunded within eleven days of the meal.
Because nothing is refunded within eleven days, anyone giving up their table has every reason to cancel before then: by 13 December for the 24th, by 20 December for the 31st.

Le Jules Verne: a higher deposit for the holidays
Its terms of sale set a minimum deposit of €450 per person on 24 and 25 December, and €900 on the evening of 31 December, drinks excluded. As on any other day, the deposit is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead: for the 31st, that means by the evening of 29 December.
Already full? Tables come back
A full date does not stay full. At these tables a cancellation is free up to a deadline, then costs a fixed sum per guest: people who change their plans cancel before it, and the table goes straight back online, to whoever sees it first.
The deadline at each table
- Le Jules Verne : Deposit refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours ahead.
- Septime : €85 per person at lunch, €135 at dinner, charged if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead.
- Mirazur : Card imprint at booking; €450 per person charged if you cancel less than 15 days ahead.
- Café des Ministères : At dinner, card imprint; €40 per person charged if you cancel less than 8 hours ahead.
- Parcelles : Card imprint; €50 (lunch) or €100 (dinner) per person charged if you cancel less than 4 hours ahead.
- Bistrot des Tournelles : Card imprint; €75 per person charged if you cancel less than 6 hours ahead.
- Frenchie : Card imprint; €148 per person charged if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead.
