No. We alert you the moment a table frees up; you do the booking yourself on the official site, with your own account. The alert improves your odds considerably, but it does not guarantee you the seat.
Do I need to create an account with you?
No, never. No account, no password. Your payment is the sign-up. You are alerted by text message, and every message carries a link to stop everything.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. The watch runs until the date you are aiming for, then stops by itself. There is nothing to cancel.
What happens if no table frees up?
You are refunded in full, automatically, without having to ask. The refund goes out as soon as the watched date has passed with no alert having been sent to you.
Are you affiliated with Les Grands Buffets?
