Payment

Orders are sold and invoiced by Polar, who collects the payment in their own name: this is the “Merchant of Record” status, meaning Polar is legally the seller and handles invoicing and VAT. It is therefore Polar’s name that appears on the customer’s bank statement.

Card details are entered on a page hosted by Polar. Bank details never pass through GetTable’s servers, which do not store them.

Data controller

The controller of the personal data processed by the service is Maxence Bernerd, publisher of GetTable. What is collected, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights is set out in the privacy policy. Any request can be sent to contact@gettable.fr.

Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the publisher first in writing. If no satisfactory answer is given within one month, the customer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

The GetTable brand and content are protected. GetTable is an independent service, not affiliated with Les Grands Buffets, Disneyland Paris or The Walt Disney Company, nor with the starred restaurants it watches; the restaurants’ trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
