Septime Paris lunch menu
Septime has no à la carte option at lunch: the menu is called "carte blanche" and has five courses, at €85 per person according to the restaurant's official website. The wine pairing adds €60. Lunch for two with the pairing therefore comes to €290 before water and coffee.
The dishes change with what the kitchen receives, and the official website does not list them. Dated menus found online, including 2025 ones, describe a past meal, not the one you will eat.
Septime Paris dinner menu
In the evening, Septime serves the same format in seven courses, at €135 per person. The wine pairing costs €75. Dinner for two with the pairing comes to €420.
The price gap between the two services comes from the number of courses. Lunch remains the cheapest way into Septime, and it is also the service most sought after by people who cannot find an evening table.
Septime Paris opening hours
Septime is open Monday to Friday, from 12:15pm to 2pm for lunch and from 7:30pm to 11pm for dinner. The restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It is at 80 rue de Charonne, in the 11th arrondissement.
A weekend meal at Septime is therefore not possible. The same team runs other addresses nearby, including Clamato and Septime La Cave, each with its own website and its own rules.
Septime Paris reservations in 2026
Septime opens reservations every day at 10am for the next three weeks, through the Zenchef module on its website. In practice, the date that becomes bookable on a given day is the one 21 days later: on Friday 9 October at 10am, Friday 30 October opens.
Two examples for the rest of the autumn: for dinner on Monday 16 November, the date opens on Monday 26 October at 10am; for lunch on Friday 11 December, it opens on Friday 20 November at 10am. Dates open in Paris time, so a visitor booking from London needs to be online at 9am UK time.
Once a date is full, tables come back when a guest cancels. To compare with other top tables (Le Jules Verne at 90 days, Mirazur on the first Monday of the month), our page on booking a Michelin-starred table lists the opening dates for each one.
Septime Paris phone number
Septime's official website gives no phone number for reservations. Bookings go through the Zenchef module, and gift card questions go to an email address. If you are planning a trip to Paris around a meal at Septime, fix the date first, then note the morning, 21 days earlier, when that date opens.
Septime Paris chef
The Michelin Guide, which gives Septime one star, presents the restaurant as created by Bertrand Grébaut, who died in 2026, and Théophile Pourriat. The guide places it in its highest price category.
Septime gift card
The official website mentions gift cards and gives an email address for using them. A gift card does not reserve a table: you still have to book on Zenchef when dates open.
If your date is already full, GetTable watches Septime's public calendar and texts you when a table opens up.
