Le Jules Verne lunch price
Le Jules Verne serves two lunch options. The Menu Carte, called "Vue sur Paris", costs €190: you pick a starter, a main course and a dessert, with two choices at each stage. The current menu offers, for example, slow-cooked red mullet in a bouillabaisse or caramelised veal sweetbread with Grenobloise sauce. The whole table takes this menu, on weekdays only.
The tasting menu is also served at lunch, at €305 for five courses or €345 for seven. It is the only option on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Le Jules Verne dinner price
In the evening, Le Jules Verne serves only the "Voyages Extraordinaires" tasting menu: €305 for five courses, €345 for seven. The current menu states that the seven-course menu can be ordered until 2 pm at lunch and 9 pm at dinner. Prices are net, service included, drinks extra. The truffle aged cheese adds €35.
Before September, the restaurant's terms and conditions listed deposits of €180 at lunch and €295 at dinner, followed by an increase "from 1 September". The current amounts match the new menu prices.
Le Jules Verne deposit and cancellation policy
Le Jules Verne takes a partial prepayment when you book: at least €190 per person for lunch and €305 for dinner, drinks not included. You pay the balance at the restaurant, based on what you order.
Three days before the meal, the restaurant sends a reminder email asking you to confirm or cancel. If you cancel at least 48 hours ahead, the full deposit is refunded. Under 48 hours, the restaurant keeps it. If you do not reply to the email, the booking is cancelled. Reducing the number of guests less than 48 hours ahead follows the same rule for each seat removed.
For more than eight people, bookings go through the contact form or reservation.jv@lejulesverne-paris.com. The number of guests becomes final three working days before the date, and the whole group takes the seven-course tasting menu.
Le Jules Verne prices for Christmas, New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day
The terms and conditions set higher deposits for four dates: €450 per person on 24 and 25 December, €900 on the evening of 31 December and €550 on 14 February. These amounts exclude drinks and are the minimum paid when booking.
Le Jules Verne opened its calendar 90 days ahead when we checked on 6 September 2026. If that rule still holds, tables for 24 and 25 December have been bookable since late September, tables for 31 December from 2 October, and tables for 14 February 2027 from 16 November. The booking window and opening time of each table are listed on our page about booking Michelin-starred tables.
