All Saints' half-term 2026 at Les Grands Buffets: how to prepare your booking

Les Grands Buffets in Narbonne stay open every day during the 2026 All Saints' school holidays, for lunch and dinner. Booking is online only, through a personal account, and the price is the same for everyone.

What the restaurant's official pages say

The restaurant operates 365 days a year, with no closing day and two sittings a day. Booking is not compulsory, but the restaurant strongly recommends it and states that it is full every day. Bookings are made exclusively online, between one day and two years before the chosen date.

The menu applies a single price per person, whatever the age, drinks not included. In December 2025, this price was shown as €65.90 per person, truffle dishes included. The restaurant points out, however, that the price charged on the day of the meal is the one in force on that date, not the one shown when you booked. A new priority access card from 15 October

From 15 October 2026, a free card called "Ambassadeur", offered through the Pass Côte du Midi, is due to give priority access to bookings at Les Grands Buffets, with 28 tables set aside each day according to the local press. The card is reserved for residents or employees of the Greater Narbonne area and is issued by the tourist office or the local authority. Its launch falls during the All Saints' holidays, which may change the availability seen by visitors from outside the area over that period.

High attendance all year round

According to an interview with the founder at the end of December 2025, the restaurant already had more than 200,000 bookings scheduled for 2026, a year he described as excellent. In 2025, about 400,000 guests had been welcomed, at 500 covers per sitting. These figures, which predate the 2026 half-term, give an idea of the restaurant's usual level of attendance, without making it possible to predict exact availability over the coming period.

What our readings show

Between 18 August and 16 September 2026, our automated readings recorded 49 slot openings over 26 observed days, from 2,355 checks. The lunch sitting accounts for 63.3% of these openings, against 36.7% for dinner.

Among the days of the week, three have a share established well enough to be published: Tuesday accounts for 20.4% of observed openings, Friday for 18.4% and Monday for 16.3%.

How long a slot stays visible before disappearing varies widely. Across the measurable bands, 24.5% of slots stay open for less than 30 minutes, 26.5% for between one and three hours, and 34.7% for between three and twelve hours.

These figures do not concern the half-term itself but the recent period leading up to it. They give an order of magnitude for how quickly an available seat can disappear, with no certainty that the same pattern will hold during the holidays.

What to keep in mind when planning your visit
