MoSuke, Mory Sacko's restaurant in Paris, opens its February 2027 reservations on Monday 2 November 2026, according to the message at the top of its online booking module, which already lists every date until the end of January. The menu costs €145 at lunch and €255 at dinner, according to the restaurant's official website.

Key facts

MoSuke reservations in 2026

MoSuke takes reservations online, through the Zenchef module linked from its website. The module can be switched to English, among ten other languages. MoSuke's message at the top of that module says every available date is online until the end of January, and that February reservations will open on 2 November. MoSuke does not publish an opening time: aim for the morning of 2 November and check back during the day.

The same message states that the restaurant's "Contact" email address does not take reservations. For questions, the official website gives the number +33 1 43 20 21 39.

MoSuke opens a whole month at a time, unlike the rolling windows at Septime (21 days ahead) or Le Jules Verne (90 days ahead). In practice, every day of February arrives at once on 2 November, from the first to the last. Weekends are not among them: the Michelin Guide lists MoSuke as open Monday to Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Valentine's Day 2027 falls on a Sunday; the nearest open evening is Friday 12 February.

MoSuke lunch menu price

Lunch at MoSuke costs €145 per person in 2026, for the "Migration" menu served in 15 sequences. The official website gives lunch service from 12pm to 2pm. A vegetarian version is available. Drink prices are not published on the website.

MoSuke dinner menu price

Dinner at MoSuke costs €255 per person in 2026, for the "Vol de nuit" menu served in 25 sequences. Service runs from 7pm to 9.45pm according to the official website. It also comes in a vegetarian version.

The Michelin Guide lists slightly different hours (12.15pm to 2pm and 7.30pm to 9pm): go by the times on your booking confirmation.

Mory Sacko and MoSuke's Michelin star

MoSuke is Mory Sacko's Michelin-starred restaurant, opened in 2020 at 11 rue Raymond-Losserand, in Paris's 14th arrondissement. The official website recalls the chef's years at the Royal Monceau and the Mandarin Oriental, and his awards: the Gault et Millau grant, the Michelin Guide's Young Chef Award 2021, La Liste's New Talent 2021 award and Time Magazine's Next Generation Leader distinction.

The restaurant describes seasonal cooking built on more than 300 jars of house infusions, macerations and ferments. About fifteen people work each service, ten in the kitchen and five in the dining room.

If February is fully booked

When a reservation is cancelled, the table goes back into MoSuke's public calendar. To catch one, check the module at several points in the day, especially a few days before your date. GetTable watches this calendar and sends a text message when a table frees up on the date you chose; the page on Michelin-starred tables and sought-after bistros in Paris sets out each restaurant's booking rules.
