At Mirazur, Mauro Colagreco's three-star restaurant in Menton, the "Univers Mirazur" menu costs €450 per person in 2026, according to the restaurant's official shop. From 4 to 29 November, a six-course Forest Menu replaces it at €380 per person.

Mirazur Univers menu price in 2026

Mirazur serves one main menu, "Univers Mirazur", sold at €450 per person on the restaurant's official shop. The website lists no à la carte prices and no cheaper lunch menu: lunch and dinner follow the same format. For two people, the bill starts at €900 before drinks.

The menu changes theme with the day. Mirazur follows the biodynamic calendar and places each date under one of four universes: Roots, Leaves, Flowers or Fruits. You do not pick the universe when you book: it depends on the date you reserve, and the website points to the monthly calendar to see which one falls on which day.

Mirazur Forest Menu in November 2026

From 4 to 29 November 2026, Mirazur offers a six-course Forest Menu at €380 per person: mushrooms, game, river fish and berries, according to the restaurant's booking page. The food and drink pairing adds €250, which makes €630 per person with wine.

It is the only autumn menu priced below the Univers menu. For a first visit in November, it lowers the bill by €70 per person.

Mirazur special event menus until December

Mirazur lists two series of fixed-date meals, each at €450 per person.

• Truffle Sundays: a six-course lunch built around white truffle, served at La Puerta, the restaurant's private room, on Sundays 18 October, 1 November, 22 November and 13 December. The Piedmont wine pairing costs €550 more.
• Alumni Encounters: four dinners cooked by former chefs of the house for the restaurant's 20th anniversary, on Saturdays 24 and 31 October, Friday 27 November and Saturday 5 December.

These meals are booked through Mirazur's online shop, not through the usual booking module.

Mirazur reservations for 2027

Mirazur opens bookings on the first Monday of each month at 9 am, for the month four months later. The restaurant's homepage gives the next three dates:

The online booking module shows availability and lets you join the waiting list for a fully booked date. Mirazur states that joining the list is not a booking: the restaurant contacts you if a seat opens after a cancellation. Mirazur cancellation policy

Mirazur asks you to register a credit card to confirm the booking. Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the meal. After that, or if you do not show up, the restaurant charges €450 per guest to the registered card, the price of the Univers menu.

The 15-day threshold is the last moment to cancel free of charge. A later cancellation is still possible, but the guest then pays for the meal.
