Bistrot des Tournelles menu

The Bistrot des Tournelles menu is a bistro card. The Infatuation (review of 18 March 2026) describes the signature cordon bleu as softball-sized and filled with melted comté; the same review names the beef tenderloin in pepper sauce and the beef daube. Le Fooding mentions a cold aubergine millefeuille, a sirloin with thin fries and tartare sauce, and a Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée.

For wine, Le Fooding lists a Chablis from Domaine de l'Enclos at €8 a glass. In 2022, Time Out quoted sautéed ceps at €21 and a chocolate mousse at €10. Those prices are four years old, so treat them as a rough guide.

Le Fooding names Édouard Vermynck, previously of L'Entrée des Artistes, as the bistro's restaurateur.
